Technical Specifications

• The machine is manufactured with 48 hammers.
• The hammers are made from special alloy steel and hardened by heat treatment.
• The grinding hammers are mounted on a dynamically balanced four-group rotor.
• Inside the grinder cage are special alloy braking plates.
• Special production is made 150 mm wider than standard machines between sieve and frame.
• Hammers and hammer bar shafts are hardened by special heat treatment.
• Grinding hammers have independent dynamic and static balances.
• The hammers and sieves of the machine are easily replaceable.
• An optional metal-separating magnet can be fitted in the feed hopper with a 250 mm clearance.
• Special heat-treated screens with Ø2.5, Ø3, Ø4, Ø5 or Ø6 mm holes and a thickness of 2 mm can be used.
• Capacity: 800–2,500 kg/hour, depending on product moisture, product type and screen hole diameter.
• Motor options: 18.5 or 22 kW (optional).
