Technical Specifications

• The machine is manufactured with 64–80 hammers.
• The hammers are made of special alloy steel and hardened by heat treatment.
• The grinding hammers are attached to a dynamically balanced, four-group hammer rotor.
• Special alloy breaker plates are fitted inside the grinding chamber.
• The distance between the screen and the frame is specially manufactured 150 mm wider than on standard machines.
• The hammers and hammer shafts are hardened by special heat treatment.
• The grinding hammers move independently and are dynamically and statically balanced.
• The machine hammers and screens can be replaced easily.
• A metal-separating magnet can be installed in the feed hopper with a 250 mm clearance (optional).
• Special heat-treated, hardened screens with Ø2.5, Ø3, Ø4, Ø5 or Ø6 mm holes and a thickness of 2 mm can be used.
• Capacity ranges from 4,000 to 10,000 kg/hour, depending on product moisture, product type and screen hole diameter.
• Motor options: 37, 45, 55 or 75 kW (optional).
