Machine Technical Overview

1. The machine chassis is manufactured from 120 N.P.U. steel sections.
2. 10.0/75-15.3 12 PR tires are used on the running gear.
3. The machine is equipped with a hydraulic braking system.
4. The machine has a PTO shaft connection for power transmission from the tractor.
5. The machine has a suction system capable of drawing in hazelnuts to be cleaned from a distance of 12 meters.
6. The machine is equipped with a 12-meter-long, 6-inch (150 mm) diameter hose for the hazelnut suction system.
7. The machine is manufactured with a system capable of conveying cleaned hazelnuts up to 12 meters.
8. The machine is equipped with a 12-meter-long, 4-inch (100 mm) diameter hose for the hazelnut discharge system.
9. All belts, pulleys and moving parts are guarded in accordance with machine safety regulations.
10. Two 90 cm hydraulic support legs are fitted at the rear to level the machine on uneven terrain.
11. A dual leveling system is used to achieve balanced positioning of the machine.
12. The mill pressure uses a spring-loaded system and can be adjusted easily at the mill.
13. The pulley system on the main axle reduces the power demand on the tractor once the machine reaches full operating speed, helping save fuel.
14. The front control panel enables monitoring of machine speed, hydraulic pressure, fan housing oil temperatures and the lighting system.
15. The machine has a rotating beacon and a road-compliant warning light system at the rear.
16. The inspection lamp helps operators check the product during night operations.
17. A toolbox is provided on the machine for repair and maintenance equipment.
18. Selected areas of the machine are covered with decorative aluminum checker plate.
19. By changing the sieve sizes, the machine can clean and screen hazelnuts of different sizes.
