Machine Technical Overview

1. The body structure of the machine is manufactured from 120 N.P.U. steel.
2. A suction system draws in hazelnuts from a distance of 12 meters before cleaning.
3. A 6-inch (150 mm) diameter, 12-meter-long hose is fitted for the hazelnut suction system.
4. The machine is designed to allow an optional system for conveying cleaned hazelnuts up to 12 meters to be added.
5. A 6-inch (150 mm) diameter, 12-meter-long hose is provided for conveying the cleaned hazelnuts.
6. All belts, pulleys and moving components are guarded in accordance with safety regulations.
7. Four 90 cm hydraulic legs are provided to level the machine on uneven ground.
8. A dual leveling system is used to balance the machine.
9. The mill uses a spring-loaded pressure system that can be adjusted easily at the mill.
10. A flywheel pulley system on the main axle reduces fuel consumption after the engine reaches maximum speed.
11. The front control panel allows machine speed, hydraulic pressure, lamp boxes, oil temperature and lighting to be checked.
12. A rotating beacon is fitted to the machine, with a road-compliant warning lamp at the rear.
13. A lamp is provided for inspecting the product during night operations.
14. The hose-reel system allows the 6-inch (150 mm) suction hose to be wound onto the machine easily.
15. A toolbox is provided for tools and maintenance parts.
16. Selected parts of the machine are covered with aluminum plate for a decorative finish.
17. Hazelnuts of different sizes can be processed by changing the sieve sizes.
